Audit Partner
Kenneth Boothe, CPA
Kenneth Boothe was born and raised in Texas. He learned the value of hard work on a dairy farm and currently does a little farming of his own. He has worked with farmers, ranchers and entrepreneurs for over 38 years in various areas of strategic planning including taxes and estates. In 1972, Kenneth founded an accounting firm which has grown through the years and is now Boothe Vassar & Company.
In his 38 years in business, Kenneth has participated in many diverse activities that enhance his knowledge and skills as an investment planner. He was controller of two large oil companies and was instrumental in the successful transition of taking these companies public.
He was the President and CEO of a public company trading on the NASDAQ. Kenneth has experience with two "big six" Certified Public Accounting firms. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. As a Certified Public Accountant, he has an excellent understanding of the tax laws that enable beneficial planning of investments and estates.
While most advisors offer only investment advice, Kenneth offers life advice. He integrates tax planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance strategies. This interdisciplinary wealth management helps you not only build wealth, but sustain it. By creating custom investment strategies for you and constantly monitoring your progress, Kenneth's able to tend to your dreams with great care.

Mark Vassar, CPA
Mark Vassar is a Certified Public Accountant. His primary responsibilities include tax management, tax research and client service. He provides accounting, tax and consulting services to the farming sector, and various types of governmental entities, throughout the West Texas area. He has extensive experience planning and implementing accounting systems.
Mark has a B.A. degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts. He has a 23-year career in tax research and preparation of federal income tax returns.

Diane Fox, CPA
Diane Fox is a Certified Public Accountant. Her primary responsibilities include Governmental audits of Rural Development and HUD properties. She provides accounting, tax and consulting services to the various types of governmental entities. She has 15 years experience planning and implementing audits for rural development partnerships.
Diane obtained a B.A. degree in Accounting & Information Systems from The University of Texas, Permian Basin. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Texas Society of Certified Public Accounts. She has an 19-year career in tax research and preparation of federal income tax returns.

Sandy Smith, CPA
Sandy Smith is a Certified Public Accountant. Her primary responsibilities are governmental audits of Rural Development properties and income tax preparation.
Sandy obtained her BBA degree in Accounting and Information Systems from the University of Texas, Permian Basin. A native West Texan, she has a diverse background; working in the governmental, correctional and oilfield sectors. Sandy has 15 years of experience in the accounting industry.

Crystal Torres
Crystal Torres joined Boothe, Vassar and Company in 2006. She is an accountant, works with Governmental audits of HUD properties, and assists in Tax Credit properties. Crystal attended Angelo State University where she obtained a B.B.A. degree in Accounting.
Crystal enjoys motor cycle riding and all sports especially baseball.
Kenia Molina
Kenia joined Boothe, Vassar & Company in 2009. She is an auditor who works with Governmental audits of Rural Development properties and assists in HUD and Tax Credit properties' audits. She attended The University of Texas of the Permian Basin where she earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Accountancy degree.

Rachelle Guinn
Rachelle Guinn joined Boothe, Vassar & Company in August of 2006. She graduated from Big Spring High School where she finished among the top 10 % of her graduating class. Her primary responsibility is data entry for Governmental audits of Rural Development. Also assisting in HUD and Tax Credit properties. She also coordinates data for the audits and assists in directing client phone calls.

Mary Zitterkopf
Mary Zitterkopf joined Boothe Vassar and Company in 1990. She is responsible for organizing and managing all tax information for client communications. In addition, Mary assists in the coordination of the tax group. She is a graduate of Texas State Technical College. Mary works in the Agriculture division of Boothe Vassar and company. She has an accomplished understanding of accounting for the Agriculture industry.

Michael Farr
Michael Farr joined Boothe Vassar and Company in 2008. He is responsible for organizing and maintaining investment and retirement accounts. He also assists in the tax group functions.
Michael obtained a B.S. degree in Finance from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA. Before joining Kenmark Financial Group Michael worked in retail banking and investments for JPMorgan Chase.

Sheri Wilson joined Boothe, Vassar & Company in 2006. She is an Administrative Assistant. She brings over 20 years of office experience to the company. She specializes in public relations.

Emily Guinn
Emily Guinn is responsible for directing all client phone calls and coordinating all client information. In addition, Emily manages calendars for the partners, and assists the accounts payable department and the audit department. Emily graduated from Permian High School in Odessa, Texas where she was among the top ten percent of her class.
Alysha Bratcher
Alysha Bratcher joined the company in 2008. She is responsible for coordinating client information and scheduling appointments for Kenneth Boothe. She also handles the accounts payables of the company.
