2006 Audit Report Peer Review We have posted our Peer Review in accordance with the Government Auditing Standards July 2007 Revision (Yellow Book), of the United States Government Accountability Office administered by the Comptroller General of the United States. This is done to meet the Quality Control and Assurance GAS requirement found in Chapter 3 §61 stating that "An external audit organization should make its most recent peer review report publicly available... ...designed for public transparency of peer review results".
